Black Mountain Embroidery specializes in high-quality custom embroidery services tailored for gifts, promotional items, special events, and small businesses. We proudly offer no minimum order requirements, allowing you to order exactly the quantities you need without any hassle. Everything is done in house. We design, digitize and embroider the garments, all according to your unique needs.

How it works

  1. Add items to your cart, including the digitizing fee.

  2. After checkout a confirmation email that will include a form for you to complete. This form will include all necessary details for your order.

  3. Once the form has been completed, your design will be digitized, and you will receive a mock up for approval.

  4. Once you approve the mock up production on your order will begin

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t have a design?

If you need a custom design, simply email me your request with plenty of inspiration photos/images.

What if I have two different designs?

After checkout you will be prompted to complete a form that includes uploading logos, and choosing logo placement. You can have up to 3 different logos per order. Please be sure to provide as much information as possible.
