How it works

• If you need a custom design, simply email me your request with plenty of inspiration photos/images.

• If you already have artwork you can start shopping! Simply add all the items to your cart that you would like to purchase. Each item will require you to specify placement of your design. (left chest, front, back, sleeve, etc.)

• Each design/logo must be “digitized.” A process in which the design is converted into a file that can be embroidered. ALL designs must be digitized. (if you have a file in emb. format it is already digitized and will not require a fee)

• PLEASE remember to add the digitizing fee to your cart before you checkout.

• Once the artwork has been digitized it can be used indefinitely, without any additional fees

• After checkout you will be prompted to fill out an order form with additional details, as well as upload your file.

• A final draft will be provided for new artwork that must be approved before production.

• If you have any questions or changes you need to make to an order that has already been submitted please email me as soon as possible.

• If you have more than one design or would like a wide variety of thread colors, you must make separate orders.

• Shipping fees can be combined for your convenience. Please use promo code 2ORDER to have these fees combined between several orders.

• Failure to complete requirements may result in increased production time, delayed shipping, or additional charges.
